When a re-inspection (site visit) is required your inspector will discuss with you any minor changes or modifications that are required to reach compliance. This will be clearly outlined in your inspection report. 

Once rectified a re-inspection is organised.  

  Re- inspections include

· Phone consultation/dialogue re the changes

· Site inspection

· Report adjustment

· Compliance certificate

Discounted to $50 for local  re-inspections 

Sometimes due diligence in the planning stage is necessary to ensure no errors are made with the design and placement of a Swimming pool or Spa barrier and result in significant cost reductions.

A consultation appointment will allow you to discuss all the possible options and requirements prior to your swimming pool barrier inspection (permits etc) with a qualified and registered building inspector who specialises in pool /spa barriers and the relevant legislation.
